2004年在意大利佛罗伦萨的国际视觉艺术中心，Zaria Forman进行了一个学期的国际学术交流活动，主要研究珠宝、现代绘画、意大利语及文艺复兴艺术史。 2005年Forman从斯基德莫尔学院工作室艺术专业毕业，获得理学学士学位。从那以后，她的作品在艺术节得到广泛关注，在美国举行了个人和团体作品展览。博物馆和私人收藏，一些引人注目的艺术博览会和拍卖会中也能看到Forman作品的影子。
创作自述
我的灵感来画开始我在小时候。在我的童年我的家人周游世界去偏远的风景,这是我母亲美术摄影的主题。我喜欢上了欣赏美丽、广阔、千变万化的天空和大海 。我喜欢在西部沙漠平原看着一个遥远的风暴,南印度季风带来的降雨;寒冷的北极光照格陵兰岛的水域。在我的作品中,我想要像观众们转达一种过渡的时刻,湍流和宁静的风景和它们对观众的影响。在这个过程中我想到了我们面对强大的自然力量。画画的过程对我而言是一个冥想的过程,我希望观众可以分享这种体验的参与工作时宁静的逃避。
