人物简介

邱铁,博士,天津大学教授,博士生导师,IEEE高级会员、美国计算机协会ACM高级会员和中国计算机学会CCF高级会员、计算机系统结构专业委员会委员。2014年1月至2015年1月在美国爱荷华州立大学(Iowa State University)电子与计算机工程系作访问学者。国际期刊IEEE Access(SCI检索)、Computers & Electrical Engineering(Elsevier,SCI检索)和Human-centric Computing and Information Sciences (Springer)副编辑,国际期刊Ad Hoc Networks(Elsevier,SCI检索)编委,国际期刊Journal of Advanced Computer Science & Technology和International Journal on AdHoc Networking Systems (IJANS)编委。国际期刊Future Generation Computer Systems (Elsevier Journal)及国际期刊Applied Sciences客座编辑。担任多个国际会议的大会主席、程序委员会主席及程序委员会成员。目前主要从事物联网技术、智慧城市与移动计算,以及嵌入式系统相关研究与开发工作。现在天津大学计算机科学与技术学院任教,主讲课程有:本科生课程《嵌入式系统结构》、《Linux操作系统》,研究生课程《嵌入式系统原理与设计》,其中2门课程分别获得辽宁省精品课程和教育部-Intel精品课程。工作后指导创新学生参加国内外嵌入式设计大赛与模型车大赛,获得一等奖3项,二等奖5项,三等奖12项。在教学中获得中国嵌入式系统协会课件大赛一等奖,大连市优秀教材二等奖,大连理工大学课件大赛一等奖,大连理工大学教学成果二等奖,8次获得教学质量优良奖。以第一作者编写并出版ARM嵌入式系统及Linux相关教材8部,其中由清华大学出版社出版的《ARM嵌入式系统结构与编程》被全国50多所大学用作嵌入式专业教材;现已获得授权国家发明专利10项,计算机软件著作权3项。已发表学术论文100多篇,部分论文发表在国际著名期刊IEEE/ACM Transactions on Networking, IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing, IEEE Communications Surveys and Tutorials, IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics, IEEE Communications Magazine, Computer Networks, IEEE Internet of Things Journal, IEEE Systems Journal等期刊和IEEE SMC, ICC, ACM MobiHoc, IEEE GlobalSIP等会议上,其中5篇论文被列为ESI高被引论文 (Top 1% Highly Cited Paper, 即SCI库中引用排名前1%的论文)。完成企业课题5项,主持国家自然科学基金2项。

研究领域

物联网技术:大规模无线智能器件的自组织、建模方法、及低功耗策略,异构物联网的数据融合及数据分析,物联网中紧急事件的调度。智慧城市与智能交通:研究智慧城市中的智慧社区与车联网技术,对根据智能交通信息,对突发事件进行紧急调度,并能维持智能交通高效运行。移动计算与社交网络:移动智能节点控制方法,社交网络及大数据分析云计算与物联网中的大数据分析:针对物联网中的云平台上的大数据,进行分析和建模,能够对有效的数据或事件作出快速响应
