司传平，男，1960年1月生，汉族，山东淄博人，研究生学历，二级教授。

1977年12月参加工作，1986年12月加入中国共产党。

1977年12月为邹县匡庄公社下乡知青；

1978年9月考入济宁医学专科学校医疗系，毕业后留校任教；

1987年9月考入安徽医科大学攻读研究生；

1990年7月获得免疫学硕士学位；

1993年任免疫学教研室主任；

1996年12月任教务处副处长；

1998年晋升教授；

2002年4月任教务处处长；

2004年11月任科研处处长；

2006年12月-2008年12月在美国波士顿大学医学院做公派访问学者；

2009年4月任教务处处长；

2013年1月任济宁医学院副院长 ；

2013年3月任济宁医学院党委委员、副院长；

2014年3月任济宁医学院党委委员、副院长、附属医院党委书记。

从教25年来，他忠诚于党的教育事业，始终坚持工作在教学、科研第一线，教书育人，为人师表，不断创新，具有高度事业心和责任感，以优良的教学效果、严谨的治学态度、良好的科学道德和忠于职守的模范行动赢得了广大师生的赞誉。

自2000年来，以第一位次先后连续获得第四届、第五届国家级教学成果二等奖2项（2001.12和2005）、省级教学成果一等奖2项（2001和2004）、全国高等学校优秀教材二等奖1项(2002)、国家电子出版物提名奖1项（2002）、山东省高校科技进步理论成果二等奖1项（2001）、省级优秀实验技术成果三等奖1项(2000)、中华医学会优秀多媒体教材一等奖1项（2001）等。

先后被评为全国优秀教师、山东省有突出贡献的中青年专家、山东省优秀共产党员、济宁市科技功臣、山东省教学名师、“齐鲁晚报杯”山东省高校十大优秀教师、山东省高校教学管理先进个人、山东省优秀教师、山东省省级精品课程《医学免疫学》负责人、济宁市首批有突出贡献的中青年专家。另外曾获得山东省优秀青年知识分子、山东省中青年学术骨干和学科带头人培养对象，学院专业技术拔尖人才、十佳教师、济宁市“五一”劳动奖章获得者等荣誉称号。

在学科和课程建设方面，他不断改革和创新，先后使所主持的《医学免疫学》成为山东省改革试点课程和省级精品课程。在国内免疫学领域，率先开展了多媒体和网络教学,主持完成国家新世纪网络课程建设工程项目1项。他自行设计的《育得优网络教学支撑平台》，其技术和性能达到国外同类产品水平，是山东省唯一具有自主知识产权的网络教学支撑平台，被国内许多院校采用，对我国精品课程和网络教学建设产生了积极的推动作用。担任教务处处长和高教研究室主任期间，他积极推进教学改革，强化素质教育，是我省医学院校首先实施学分制改革的实施者，也是我省精品课程建设的知名专家。

先后承担部省级、厅级课题8项，在国内首次建立了人外周血淋巴细胞化学发光技术。采用基因重组技术成功克隆了中国人IL-16基因，获取了基因工程IL-16和小干扰RNA，为开发新一代抗哮喘和自身免疫病基因工程药物奠定了基础。主编教材、电子教材和专著11部，发表论文40余篇。其中《医学免疫学实验》、《医学免疫学CAI课件》被卫生部教材办指定为统编规划教材配套教材，该光盘年发行量达20余万册，成为国内免疫学教学的经典教学素材，对提高我国免疫学教学质量产生了积极的促进作用，取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益。
