琼·贝兹和乔布斯
遇到劳伦之前，乔布斯可谓多情。他的同学兼朋友伊丽莎白·霍姆斯告诉传记作家艾伦·多伊奇曼，乔布斯上大学时与女友分手，只为同乡村歌手琼·贝兹约会。
贝兹曾与美国民谣歌手鲍勃·迪伦相恋。在这之后，贝兹曾与乔布斯两人短暂相好。迪伦现年70岁，推出过50多张专辑，被《时代》杂志誉为20世纪100位最重要人物之一，是多项格莱美音乐大奖获得者。

美国《福布斯》杂志报道，乔布斯与高中时期的女友克丽丝·布伦南生育过一个女儿。孩子1978年出生，取名莉萨·布伦南·乔布斯，乔布斯一度拒绝承认自己是孩子生父。
《福布斯》报道，乔布斯曾在法庭作证，坚称自身无法生育。迫于生计，克丽丝一度申领救济，养活女儿，直至乔布斯承认，并支付孩子在哈佛大学接受教育的学费。2000年，莉萨·乔布斯毕业，现供职于一家杂志社。
