承担科研项目情况

本研究组从事群体遗传学,统计基因组学,计算生物学方面的研究。主要是开发分析遗传学基因组学数据的统计学方法及计算机软件。大量使用极大似然法,贝叶斯方法,MCMC等计算机模拟算法,并与生物遗传学家合作开展数据分析工作。
