杭州市土地学会理事。1989年至1993年就读于浙江工学院获建筑工程教育专业，获工学学士学位；1997年至2000年就读于浙江大学农业经济管理专业，获管理学硕士学位；2002年至2005年就读于浙江大学土壤学专业（土地资源管理方向），获农学博士学位。

主要研究方向为土地利用及城市管理、房地产及建设管理。
