个人简介
冯永忠，男，1972年11月出生于甘肃省渭源县。1993年7月，毕业于渭源县第一中学，1995年9月考入甘肃农业大学机电工程系。1999年7月毕业。2000年9月份，进入西北农林科技大学资源环境学院攻读硕士学位，从事资源与环境生态学专业的学习和研究。2003年7月，毕业后留校任教，同时从事生态学专业的博士阶段的学习，2006年7月获理学博士学位。主要承担全校性“农业生态学”的公选课、全校“农学概论”、“农业生态学”、农学专业“旱农学”、“植物生态学”、“农业资源与区划”、“农业区域发展及产业”的教学任务。现为西北农林科技大学副教授，硕士生导师，西北农林科技大学农学院农学系副主任，中国农学会耕作制度分会理事、副秘书长。主要从事循环农业、生物质能源、环境生态等方面的研究。

工作学习经历
1999年7月毕业于甘肃农业大学工学院机械设计与制造专业， 获工学学士学位
2003年7月毕业于西北农林科技大学资源环境学院生态学专业，获理学硕士学位，同年留校于农学院农学系任教至今。
2006年7月获西北农林科技大学生态学专业理学博士学位。
科研成果
出版《西北地区农村产业结构升级及调整战略研究》和《江河源区生态环境演变与质量评价研究》专著2部，获省部级科技进步二等奖2项，参编《农业资源与区划》国家级规划教材1部，在renewable and sustainable energy review，bioresource technonlogy，生态学报等国内外期刊发表论文30余篇；主讲《农业生态学》课程评为陕西省精品课程；目前主持和参加国家水污染重大专项、国家科技基础专项重点项目、国家科技支撑计划项目、国家行业专项（农业）、国家自然科学基金、科技成果转化项目、林业局948项目、陕西省重大科技专项计划项目等30余项国家级和省部项目。
