钱旭红

简介: 钱旭红(1962年——),男,江苏宝应人,博导、教授、“973”首席科学家、中国工程院院士、国家自然科学基金化学部咨询委员、英国皇家化学会会士、德国洪堡基金会学术大使,现任华东师范大学校长。长期从事有机化工领域的应用基础与工程技术研究和开发工作。以氟化和芳杂化为主线,深入开展了含特殊官能团、活性功能团有机化学品的分子设计、合成制备、结构功能及产业化应用。开发出多氟芳酸等制备的绿色高效关键技术;创制新机制、性能独特的顺硝烯杂环类和含氟类绿色化学农药 创制分子识别传感和检测分离一体化的萘酰亚胺等芳杂环类荧光功能染料。发表SCI论文275篇,EI论文64篇;获得中国发明专利19项、国际PCT专利和美、欧、日专利共12项。若干技术实现产业化或工业化实施,取得显著的社会经济效益。 研究成果(第一完成人)获得国家科技进步二等奖1项、上海市自然科学一等奖1项、教育部科技进步一等奖3项。2011年当选为中国工程院院士。

研究方向

钱旭红主要研究方向,包括:是生物有机化学,化学生物技术与工程,其研究工作主要体现在用作农药先导、荧光传感器、抗癌先导、人工核酸酶、细胞激活剂的芳香杂环分子设计、合成、构效关系及生物应用。具体研究方向:

研究方向1.染料的化学生物学

其研究主要体现在荧光传感器与抗癌先导,包括以下内容:

荧光传感器:由萘,萘酰亚胺,香豆素,氟硼吡咯,聚合物衍生的高选择性汞离子铜离子锌离子银离子荧光传感器,某些阴离子荧光传感器,以及其它的荧光探针,荧光标记。

抗癌先导:由硫化合物,噻类芳香杂环,羰酰亚胺,萘酰亚胺,萘内酰胺、苯并吲哚酚嗪,吖啶,苊萘醌,苊萘吡咯羰腈,酞菁等衍生的抗癌试剂,BCL蛋白与细胞调亡剂,拓扑异构酶抑制剂、光动力治疗剂,色素的药物化学(抗肿瘤先导、DNA嵌入剂、细胞调亡剂)

其研究主要体现在芳香杂环或氟化合物衍生的农药先导,包括以下内容:

农药先导:昆虫生长调节剂、昆虫行为调节剂、几丁质合成抑制、蜕皮激动、飞行调控、海藻糖酶抑制,拒食,尼古丁受体激动,杀虫剂,除草剂,杀菌剂。

新杂环化合物:氟化合物,氟烷氧基化合物,芳香杂环,硫化合物,恶二唑、噻二唑、哒嗪酮、新烟碱、环亚胺、二芳酰基肼

研究方向3. 化学生物技术与工程

其研究主要体现在人工核酸酶,细胞激活剂和生物转化,包括以下方面:

人工核酸酶:由萘酰亚胺、硫杂环衍生的人工光核酸酶,光降解,人工核酸水解酶,DNA切断剂,生物制备过程中转基因物质的去除。

细胞激活剂:由茉莉酮酸酯、苯并噻二唑等衍生的细胞激活剂,用于人参、紫杉烷、灵芝的次生代谢物的增产与调控。

生物转化:酵母,植物细胞,立体选择性还原,化学选择性还原,芴,芳香硝基、胺、羟胺、酮还原、手性醇。

研究成果

上地幔变形作用和地球化学性质之间的关系及其深部动力学意义。运用综合研究方法,探讨了伊通新生代玄武岩中特有的具糜棱结构的橄榄岩包体所经历的构造热演化及动力学,证实了上地幔韧性剪切带的存在。强调其形成与超大断裂活动性之间的关系;并首次发现了橄榄岩包体中矿物颗粒间的氧同位素不平衡现象,为地幔剪切变形和地幔交代作用提供了时间约束,认为流体的存在并不是剪切变形的先决条件,从而为地幔学术界长期争论的流体和地幔变形之间的因果关系提供了新的判别依据。根据吉林汪清尖晶石相橄榄岩包体结构、平衡温度、主元素亏损程度和不相容元素富集程度之间的相关关系,提出了上地幔底辟上升和热扩散平衡的动力学模式,阐明了不同结构类型包体在底辟体中的空间展布及其对交代流体迁移的控制。认为所有研究样品均来自岩石圈地幔,但由于下伏软流圈的上涌而导致其流变学性质的改变,从而同软流圈一起发生底辟。这一成果为华北自中生代以来发生的大规模热侵蚀-减薄机制提供了一个可行的动力学模式。

上地幔熔体-岩石反应机理及其微量元素理论模拟通过对伊通含富钾硅酸盐玻璃体的异剥橄榄岩和法国中央高原具镶嵌结构I型尖晶石相方辉橄榄岩包体的研究,橄榄岩包体的研究,鉴定出了单斜辉石生成反应和橄榄石生成反应两个系列。这是对构造橄榄岩体研究的重要补充,对地幔不均一性及岩浆源区混合作用的研究具有重要意义。后者还提供了岩石圈最底部-地幔热柱相互作用的证据。运用0-维数值模型计算了微量元素在上地幔熔体迁移/反应过程中地球化学行为。该成果对认识熔体/流体在深部岩石圈地幔演化过程中的作用具有重要意义。

地幔地质温压计的检测,应用和中国东部地幔岩石圈热演化系统总结和科学评价了常用的二十多种温度计和五种压力计的优缺点,为国内学者更加审慎地选用温压计提供了依据,在此基础上,探讨了中国东部上地幔热结构和热演化历史。以在特定热演化阶段中古老岩石圈/软流圈相互作用程度为思路,结合实验岩石学资料和岩石圈拉张历史,提出了一个热-构造演化模式,从而比较合理地解释了中国东部中生代末期-新生代玄武岩的岩性,微量元素和同位素地球化学演化特征,为深部地幔研究提供了新思路。

中国东部幔源橄榄岩的铂族元素地球化学研究在国内率先开展了中国东部幔源橄榄岩的PGE地球化学研究,填补了中国在地幔岩PGE研究领域的空白。初步了解了不同类型岩石中这些元素的丰度和分布规律,揭示了中国东部上地幔特有的PGE分配型式(即富集Pt,亏损Ir和Pd)。探讨了PGE在多种重要上地幔过程中的地球化学行为。
