王喜萍，博士，1965年1月出生，北京师范大学生命科学学院教授、博士生导师。个人简介
毕业于复旦大学生物化学系。1990年进入复旦大学生化系工作。1994年在日本名古屋大学基因研究中心短期访问研究；1999－2001年在美国耶鲁大学Prof. Xing Wang Deng实验室从事博士后研究，在生物化学和分子遗传等方面对植物光信号转导的作用机理进行了较为深入的研究。回国后，继续在复旦大学任职，2003年被聘为正教授，2005年被评为博士生导师。先后开设了高级生化技术、生物化学、核酸化学、现代生物学导论、功能基因研究方法等课程。1995年获得复旦大学优秀教学成果一等奖和上海市教委“育才奖”。先后承担了多项国家和地方研究课题。2006年调入北京师范大学生命科学学院，任生物化学与生物技术系教授。主要研究内容
主要研究方向为植物生物化学和分子生物学。
1. 植物光信号转导途径机理的研究：通过研究拟南芥COP9信号复合体（COP9 Signalosome, CSN）主要亚基CNS1与其它蛋白的相互作用，解析CSN在光信号转导途径中的作用。
2. 拟南芥和水稻转录因子的分离与功能研究：重点从基因组水平入手，开展植物转录因子的系统性分离、分析、遗传转化，并利用抗逆相关转录因子基因提高农作物的抗逆性能。
3. 植物逆境相关功能基因的研究：构建水稻激活标签突变体库，并通过高通量规模化水稻突变体逆境筛选平台获得植物逆境相关的功能基因。
